Healthy Food Review Blue Diamond Bold Almonds and Oven Roasted Almonds

Hi All,

Nuts are a fantastic source of protein and are considered to be heart healthy.  In my opinion, no one has made nuts more of a treat than Blue Diamond.

Who needs Salt & Vinegar potato chips with no little nutritional positives when you can have Blue Diamond Bold Salt & Vinegar Almonds?  Another equally strong favorite of mine in their Bold line is Lime & Chili Almonds.  Neither is for people who like subtle flavorings, as both come on strong, but also are immensely satisfying.

And when I am in the mood for a sweet variation, I find Blue Diamond Natural Oven Roasted Vanilla Almonds to be absolutely heavenly.

To get any kind of flavored nut usually means dipped in fattening chocolate or glazes, but with Blue Diamond varieties like these, you not only get the nutritional benefits of almonds (which are one of the nut varieties shown to lower cholesterol), but amazing creativity in flavors.

If you aren't already snacking on nuts regularly, Blue Diamond Almond flavors will likely get you hooked.  The good thing is that generally 24 almonds is a serving, and due to the great taste, good fat, high protein and intense flavors, this is a snack that will keep you satisfied.  I eat Blue Diamond nuts or some type of nut nearly every day as part of my overall healthy diet.

This is one smart, delicious snack!
